Our Vice President and General Manager of Operations, Jeff Sauer, has been a part of the Skywalker brand from the start and has traveled many times to the plant to oversee production and test the lifts making any changes we see necessary to the safety and overall performance of the lifts.

Jeff can assist with service, parts and warranty. He answers his phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All predelivery and clean up of lifts as well as extensive inspections on all lifts are done prior to shipping.

A copy of the Inspection is placed in the black box with the Manuals, as well as an Inspection decal is provided. 

We understand the need to have a full stock of parts at our Denver NC warehouse so that we can quickly take care of a problem, so you have as little down time as possible. 

Skywalker DDI keeps all warranty paperwork with the invoice at time of purchase and all warranty approval is done through Skywalker Dealer Development, Inc.

All Skywalker Lifts have a 2-year parts & labor warranty, a 5- year structural warranty and on the maintenance free sealed batteries, 2-year warranty.
